Our goal is to provide quality of healthcare to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations cause inconveniences not only to our consultants but to our other patients as well. Before booking an appointment, please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, your payment confirms your appointment on our calender and is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful to our clinicians and other patients, we therefore kindly ask that you cancel a booking as soon as possible, if you are unable to attend, and no later than 72 hours before the time of an appointment.


A full refund will be made for appointments cancelled no less than 72 hours before the time of an appointment.


Appointments cancelled less than 72 hours before the time of an appointment will result in the customer being charged at 50% percentage of the appointment fee.


Failure to turn up to your appointment without prior notice, will be considered a no-show/missed appointment and will be charged the entire appointment fee.
