TIER 1 - ESSENTIAL TYPE 2 DIABETES CONSULTATION - £150
30 minutes

TIER 2 - ADVANCED TYPE 2 DIABETES CONSULTATION - £250
45 minutes

- Liver function Tests (LFT)
- Full lipid profile (including Triglycerides)
- Renal (Urea, Electrolytes including estimated glomerular filtration rate) and ACR
- Blood pressure check
- Pulse rate and rhythm check
- Foot Check (Checking your sensation and circulation)
- Weight and Height check including BMI Calculation
- Diet and lifestyle
- Review of current medication
- Review with a Clinician
- Detailed Report emailed post consultation

- B12/Folate
- Liver Function Tests (LFT)
- Thyroids
- Full lipid profile (including Triglycerides)
- ACR (to check for proteins in your kidneys via urine)
- Blood pressure check
- Pulse rate and rhythm check
- Weight and Height check including BMI Calculation
- Review with a Clinician
- One to one video consultation with a dietitian
- Detailed Report emailed post consultation

TIER 4 - SPECIALIST TYPE 2 DIABETES CONSULTATION – FROM £800
60 minutes

- A review with a Consultant Endocrinologist
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM Review)
- Insulin or GLP-1 Starts
- Complex insulin regime reviews (Type 2 only)
- Full Blood tests
- Glycosylated Haemoglobin (HbaA1c)
- Renal (Urea, Electrolytes including estimated glomerular filtration rate)
- Full blood count
- B12/Folate
- Liver Function Tests (LFT)
- Thyroids
- Full lipid profile (including Triglycerides)
- ACR (to check for proteins in your kidneys via urine)
- C-peptide / GAD antibodies (if required)
- Blood pressure check
- Pulse rate and rhythm check
- Weight and Height check including BMI Calculation
- One to one Consultation with a dietitian including meal plans
