Cancellation Policy

1. General

Our goal is to provide quality of healthcare to all our customers in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and late cancellations impacts not only our clinicians but to other customers. For these reasons, Diabetes Consults has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed. Before booking an appointment, we expect you to have familiarised yourself with this policy.

2. Payment of Services

Your appointment is complete when we receive your full payment. Payment can be made online or in person. An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of booking and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your appointment.

3. Cancellation request

When you book your appointment, your payment confirms your appointment on our calendar and is no longer available to other customers. In order to be respectful to our clinicians and other customers, we kindly ask that you cancel a booking as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, and no later than 72 hours before the time of your appointment.

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online or in person.

4. Refund Policy

A full refund will be made for appointments cancelled no less than 72 hours before the time of your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the time of your appointment will be subject to an administration fee of 50% of the appointment fee.

No refund shall be issued if you fail to attend your appointment.
