Dr Mojisola Akinsola, FRCP
Consultant Physician, Diabetes and Endocrinology
Dr Akinsola has worked in the NHS since 1992 and became a Consultant Specialising in Diabetes and Endocrinology in 2002. She is currently working at Luton and Dunstable Hospital and Central London Community Health Trust.She has extensive experience in all aspects of Diabetes and Endocrine conditions. She believes in excellent communication and empowering patients.
Dr. Deji Afelumo
General Practitioner
Dr. Afelumo is a seasoned General Practitioner with 8 years of diverse experience in primary care. He specialises in managing chronic conditions, with a particular focus on diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease. In his recent role as a partner at his GP practice, Dr. Afelumo was responsible for diabetes management and medicines optimisation. His comprehensive expertise in these areas enables him to provide exceptional care and improve patient outcomes.

“Tonye” as she is popularly called is a clinical pharmacist in the United Kingdom. She has a Masters in Pharmacy (MPharm) and a post-graduate Certificate in Independent prescribing. Tonye has a special interest in Diabetes and Hypertension management and currently manages a range of patients living with diabetes
Dereck Gondongwe
Senior Clinical Pharmacist
Dereck began his pharmacy career in 2007. He completed his training at the University College London as a clinical pharmacist. In 2015, he was conferred a Doctor of Philosophy degree by the University College London School of Pharmacy and in 2018 received a postgraduate certificate in independent prescribing.

Charles is a clinical pharmacist in the United Kingdom and holds a Masters in Pharmacy (MPharm), Hosptial Clinical Pharmacy (MSc), Master in Diabetes (MSc). He provides diabetes specialist training to postgraduate healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists and nurses.
Christina Eboh
Senior Clinical Pharmacist
Christina Eboh qualified as a pharmacist over 10 years ago. She is currently the lead clinical pharmacist at a GP surgery in Kent and also the diabetic lead at her practice and has completed a number of diabetic courses. She has also worked collaboratively with the diabetic consultant at Medway Hospital.

Ellouise Simpson is a registered dietitian with the Health & Care Profession Council with many years of experience in the National Health Service (NHS). Ellouise has extensive experience in diabetes management and delivers diabetes management group education.

Elizabeth is a highly motivated and energetic UK registered Pharmacist with a passion for excellent patient care. In addition to her pharmacy degree, she holds a postgraduate diploma from the University of Reading in Independent Prescribing and specializes in Hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma and Minor Ailments.

Norma is a Diabetes Specialist Nurse with a broad experience in the management of various types of Diabetes. She has demonstrated proficiency in type 1, complex type 2 and gestational diabetes management.
