HEALTH CHECK
60 minutes Video Consultation
What’s included?
- Weight and Height review
- Review of waist circumference (guidance provided by dietitian on how to measure)
- Dietetic Assessments where appropriate
- Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
- Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
- Understanding what the healthy range is
- Bespoke nutritional advice based on the above findings
- Bespoke dietary care plan
- Agreed goal setting with Client to improve health
- Generation of report writing after the consultation
