- Review and discussion of blood test results
- Review with a Clinician
- Detailed Report emailed post consultation

2 x 60 minutes consultations

- Pulse rate and rhythm check
- Weight and Height check including BMI Calculation
- Review of current medication
- Review and discussion of blood test results
- Review with a Clinician
- One to one video consultation with a dietitian (Requires a separate booking)
- Detailed Report emailed post consultation

- A review with a Consultant Endocrinologist
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM Review)
- Insulin or GLP-1 Starts (If required)
- Complex insulin regime reviews (Type 2 only)
- Blood pressure check
- Pulse rate and rhythm check
- Weight and Height check including BMI Calculation
- One to one Consultation with a dietitian including meal plans (Requires a separate booking)
- Detailed Report emailed post consultation
